TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Stock Availability

We endeavour to keep our stock amounts correct, however some items may not be in stock at your time of your purchase. If this is the case we will contact you via email to let you know the delivery time of the product. You may choose to cancel your order with an email addressed back to Amazing Interiors or wait for the product to arrive back into stock.

2. Returns & Refunds for Online Orders

Amazing Interiors do not accept returns of items purchased online except where required by law.

3. Returns Process - Faulty, Damaged or Supply Error

Our team inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exacting quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please send photos of the damaged stock to onlineshop@amazinginteriors.co.nz and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please let us know the reason for your return. We will correct any genuine errors, faults or damaged products.

All returns should be sent with supporting documentation in original or appropriate packaging to: 3/78 Picton Street, Howick, 2014, New Zealand

 

APPRO

HOW IT WORKS

Our appro service is available in-store only upon request for any small homeware items, cushions, or accessories. Amazing Interiors staff will fill out a form with the items taken on appro, as well as record your details and visa information. If you decide to keep these items, please come into the shop and pay or alternatively, contact us within 24 hours and we will send you an invoice payable immediately. If the items you take home on appro are not what you are after - bring them back into our store the following day.

CONDITIONS

Any item purchased on approval must be returned to our Picton Street Howick store or our Outlet Store within 24 hours (or by the end of the following day)*, only if the item is received in the same condition as sold in.

Appro is not available on sale items.

*flexibility with return times can be negotiated at our discretion for certain circumstances, ie. for those who live out of town.
